Our founder, Samson Kay, brings a unique blend of experience and expertise to the table, including a Masters in Mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from Loyola University Chicago, and 15 years of engineering design, technical leadership, and operational management in the oil, gas, and nuclear power industries. He has a passion for continuous improvement and lean manufacturing, and developing teams.
